高含量枞酸的松香成因探讨

摘　　要：通过实验室小试模拟制备松香,探讨溶解油、蒸馏温度、蒸馏速率和冷却过程对松香中枞酸含量的影响。结果表明,蒸馏温度和蒸馏速度是影响高含量枞酸松香形成的重要因素,当蒸馏平均速度在7.0～7.5 mL/min,蒸馏温度在220℃以上时,松香中枞酸含量达到45%以上。In the laboratory, the cause of formation of rosin with high content abietic acid was studied by the following four aspects：soluble oil, distillation temperature, distillation rate and cooling process. The results showed the main influence factors were distillation temperature and distillation rate, and the content of abietic acid of rosin was over 45% at 7.0 - 7.5 mL/min and above 220 ℃.
