摘 要:研究了高效助熔剂对皖北LE煤煤灰熔融温度的影响,对添加高效助熔剂后灰渣在高温下的矿物组成及表观形貌进行XRD和SEM分析,并与添加石灰石助熔剂的灰渣进行了对比。结果表明,高效助熔剂可显著降低煤灰熔融温度,并且在添加量仅为石灰石助熔剂1/2时,便可使LE煤灰熔融温度符合液态排渣的气化炉的要求;添加高效助熔剂后,灰渣在高温下生成的堇青石、钙长石及镁铁铝氧化物等助熔矿物,能显著降低煤灰的熔融温度,同时使灰渣表面的气孔和颗粒状物质减少,使灰渣表面变得光滑。The effect of high efficiency flux on the melting characteristics of LE coal ash in Wanbei was investigated. Coal ash mineral composition and apparent morphology analysis were studied by XRD and SEM separately and compared with the addition of limestone flux slag. The results showed that the high efficiency flux can decrease coal ash melting temperature effectively, and in addition amount is only half of limestone flux. While the efficient flux was added, cordierite, anorthite and Mg-Fe-Al oxide can be generate at high temperature which can decrease the ash fusion temperature more efficiently. The morphology of the ash became glossy, and presenting a molten state after adding the high efficiency flux.
