摘 要:通过对在模拟地层水中的溶解性、降低界面张力以及乳化降粘能力的评价,研究了OP-10、OP-20、双子表面活性剂GA8-4-8以及GA12-4-12用于现河稠油的乳化降粘性能,并对稠油乳化降粘机理进行了探究。结果表明,这4种表面活性剂乳化剂在模拟地层水中均具有良好的溶解性,GA8-4-8用于现河稠油时,能达到超低界面张力,稠油降粘率都在99%以上,使得井筒流体粘度在2 000 mPa.s以内,完全可被举升到地面。因此,GA8-4-8是一种最为有效、最适合于现河稠油井筒乳化降粘的乳化剂。Properties of the surfactant OP-10, OP-20, gemini surfaetant GA8-4-8 and GA12-4-12 applied to Xianhe heavy oil were studied in terms of evaluation on solubility in the simulated agent formation water, decreasing interfacial capacity, the capacity of emulsifying and viscosity reduction. The mechanism of the viscosity reduction by emulsifying of heavy oil was also investigated. The results showed that these four kinds of emulsifiers have good solubility in the simulated formation water. The interracial tension of GA8- 4-8 and Xianhe crude oil could be ultralow compared to the others. At the range of experimental temperature, the viscosity reduction rate of the heavy oil is more than 99%, and the viscosity of wellbore fluid is less than 2 000 mPa . s,so the fluid can be held fully rise to the ground. Therefore,GAS-4-8 is one of the most effective emulsifier and most suitable for viscosity reducer by emulsification of Xianhe heavy oii wellbore among these four emulsion viscosity reducers.
