摘　　要：本文通过对福州金辉.莱茵城二期建筑设计的回顾,从艺术与实用,传统与现代上进行分析。并根据现代居住模式和居民的审美观念反馈到居住建筑的设计中,在现代技术为主导的建筑设计中寻找西方美学符号,探讨了如何在中国现代居住建筑中通过现代的技术水平实现西方的传统美学特征,并综合分析了支持西方美学形态得以实现的更深层次的因素。It is frmn the retrospect lhat architeclural design of Fuzhou Jinhui Rhine City The two period is analyzed in terms of art and utility, tradition and modernizatil,n. The modern residential patterns and aesthetic ideas of tile residents are fed back into the design of residential buildings. Besides, it aims to find Western aeslhelics syolbols in architectural design led by modern technology, to explore how traditional Western aesthetic features are realized through modern technology in modern residential Iluildings in China and to make a comprehcnsivc analysis of tile deeper factors of the realization of the Western aesthetic pattern.
