摘 要:为研究螺母板温热成形工艺的可行性,选择10#碳钢为研究对象,采用单向拉伸实验,获得不同拉伸速率及温度条件下的流动应力曲线,并利用SEM对不同温度断口进行对比观察。选择延伸率、屈强比σs/σb作为衡量温热成形条件下的塑性变形能力评价指标,通过分析实验数据,研究温度和应变速率对延伸率和屈强比的影响规律及原因,最终确定螺母板材料10#钢的最佳温热成形温度为250℃。In order to study the feasibility of nut plate warm forming process, Steel 10 was chosen as the research material. Through the uniaxial tensile tests, flow stress curves were gained at different deforming speeds and temperatures. The tensile fracture surfaces at different temperatures were also observed by SEM. Elongation and yield ratio were chosen to evaluate plastic deformation ability for warm forming. Through analyzing experimental data, the influence of temperature and strain rate on elongation and yield ratio were studied. 250℃ was finally determined as the best warm forming temperature for Steel 10 nut plate.
