摘 要:干式空心电抗器是电力系统中重要的无功补偿设备。近几年,干式空心电抗器在运行中发生多起故障烧损事故。故障分析表明,干式空心电抗器故障多数源于绕组包封内部发生局部放电,随着局部放电的加剧,导致绕组匝间短路甚至贯穿式放电,最终将干式空心电抗器烧毁。提出了在运行中检测干式空心电抗器是否存在局部放电故障的基本思路,并提出通过喷涂PRTV等方法对放电表面进行绝缘修复,从而避免干式空心电抗器烧损事故发生的预防措施。Dry-type air-Core reactor is a kind of important reactive-load compensation equipment in the electric power system. In recent years, several burnout accidents caused by internal faults of the dry-type air-core reactor have occurred during its operation. Fault analysis has indicated that most of the dry-type reactor faults are caused by partial discharge inside its winding sheath; as the partial discharge is getting more and more serious, turn-to-turn fault of the windings (even the run-through discharge) occurs and finally causes the burnout of the dry-type air-core reactor. This article puts forward a basic approach of detecting whether partial discharge faults existed in the dry-type air-core reactor during its operation, Restoring the insulation of discharge surface by means of spraying PRTV is propose to avoid the occurrences of the burnout accidents of the dry-type air-core reacotrs.
