摘　　要：传统1 000MW锅炉的SCR脱硝装置反应器,一般采用双反应器结构,风道布置复杂,占地面积大。通过对SCR脱硝反应器进行优化,采用单反应器代替传统的双反应器设计。在满足脱硝性能指标的情况下,简化脱硝反应器的设计、制造及安装。本文对采用单反应器的流场进行了数值模拟计算,对大截面的单反应器中流场分布的均匀性提出建议。There are usually two reactors in SCR device for 1 O00MW boiler. It is very difficult to ar- range the gas flue duct and air duct for needing more space. By studying the module of flow, single reactor is used. It is a simple arrangement. There are some suggestions for design big section reactor for SCR device.
