摘　　要：本文以燕山湖超临界前后墙式燃烧器的试制为依据,阐述了对设计及工艺的改进,和制造的过程,同时简要介绍了其大体结构和制造过程中容易遇到的装配难点。Taking YanShanhu super critical （660 MW）project as the basis, this article expounds the improvement of design and process, as well as manufacture progress, It also briefly introduces its gen- eral structure and the assembly difficulties usually occur in manufacturing.
