摘　　要：分析了我国整合煤矿安全管理中存在的问题,针对安全基础薄弱、生产系统落后、安全投入短缺、安全人才匮乏的现实条件,提出了科学制定技改方案,确保足额投入技改资金,提高安全生产机械化水平等提高整合煤矿安全管理水平的措施,进一步促进整合煤矿的安全管理水平。The paper introduced the problems existed in the safety management of the integrated mine in China. Faced to the actual conditions of a weak safety base, backward production system, safety investment shortage and safety personnel shortage, the paper provided the scientific made technical reconstruction plan to ensure an adequate investment to the technical recon- struction funds, to improve the safety production mechanized level, to improve the measures for the safety management of the integrated mine and to further promote the safety management level of the integrated mine.
