摘  要:基于Peukert经验公式,针对阀控式密封(VRLA)铅酸蓄电池,以放电倍率和放电时间比值拟合出关系式I1.29.t′=0.409,I∈[0.5C,3.0C],进而推算出Qn=Qn1(In1/In)0.29,I∈[0.5C,3.0C],并从不同规格、容量部分衰减、未充满和低温条件等电池的不同状态下对其进行验证,结果表明VRLA电池的放电倍率与放电时间比值之间的关系受电池状态变化的影响不大,误差最大不超过10%,因此可以利用式Qn=Qn1(In1/In)0.29,I∈[0.5C,3.0C]进行高倍率短时间放电得出标准放电电流下的容量,从而对VRLA电池的荷电状态(SOC)进行估算,此方法可以用于储能电池的检测。The valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery was tested to fit the relation of discharge rate and discharge time rate I I^1.29·t'=0.409,I∈[0.5C,3.0C] based on Peukert empirical equation. Then the relation of Qn=Qn1(In1lIn)^0.29,I∈[0.5C,3.0C] was calculated. And the two relations were verified by the batteries under various conditions from different specifications, capacity-part-loss, undercharge and low temperature. The results showed that the change state of battery didn't affect largely on the relation, the error is less than 10 %, so the capacity at the standard discharge current could be calculated by the formula with the high rate discharge, and then the SOC of VRLA battery could be estimated. The method could be used to the measurement of energy storage battery.
