摘 要:在光伏离网发电系统中蓄电池组起着至关重要的作用,由于其成本昂贵,且维护不便,因此需要对蓄电池组进行实时监控。目前对串联蓄电池组单体电池电压的测量方法主要有共模测量法和差模测量法。本文在总结现有测量方法的基础上,设计了一种新型差模测量方法。通过开关阵电路依次选通串联蓄电池组的单体电池,并通过采样隔离电路和调理电路,将采样信号送入到数字信号处理器的AD模块,实现对串联蓄电池组单体电池电压的测量。本文还给出了开关阵电路详细的优化方案,大大提高了处理器I/O口的利用率。最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。从实验结果可看出,该方法具有采集速度快、测量精度高等优点。The lead-acid batteries play a vital role in the photovoltaic off-grid systems. Due to its high cost and bad maintainability, it is necessary to monitor the lead-acid batteries on real time. Now, the methods are mainly common mode and differential mode to measure the voltage of each cell in the series batteries. In this paper, a new measurement method of differential mode is designed after the existing measurement methods are summed up. By sequentially gating the cells of series batteries through the switch matrix circuit, the sampled signals are fed to the digital signal processor AD modules to measure the cell voltage by the sampling isolation and conditioning circuit. The paper also gives a detailed optimization project of the switch matrix circuit which can greatly improve the utilization of the processor I/O port. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments, and the results show that the method has the advantages of fast acquisition and high measuring accuracy.
