摘 要:胡154区长4+5油藏自2007年投入开发,自上而下发育长4+51、长4+52层,其中长4+52层开发层位多,层间非均质性强,在开发过程中出现部分注采层位不对应,注水效果差,油井见水方向多,层间压力分布不均,多层合注的注水方式注采调整难度大,合理的注水方法难以确定等问题制约着区域高效开发。在多年的注水开发过程中,通过补孔、精细注采调整和精细分层注水各种措施,水驱控制程度由90.2%上升至92.4%,油藏递减下降3.8%,地层能量提高0.3 MPa,油井单井产能提高0.54 t,水驱动用程度提高4.1%,改善胡154区整体注水效果。Hu 154 block immature layers of Chang4 + 51 and Chang4 + 52 , which Chang4 + 52 has lots of layers and the quality of aeolotropism. Since development of the oil field in 2007, the block arise problems which restrict the high efficiency of development, such as flood effectiveless, multi - direction breakthrough, differential pressure, regulation unworkable and bor- der line of water injection mode. During years of waterflooding, through measures of perforations adding and injection strategy, waterflooding degree increased from 90.2% to 92.4% , decline fraction of this block drop 3.8% , producing energy increased 0.3 MPa, per well production increased 0.54t, producing degree increased 4. 1% , improve the flood effectiveness of the whole block.
