摘　　要：党的十八大报告深入分析了党的建设面临的新形势新任务,明确提出了"全面提高党的建设科学化水平",对推进党的建设新的伟大工程作出了全面部署。在学习和贯彻党的十八大报告精神中,正确理解和把握全面提高党的建设科学化水平的重要意义、总体布局,领会党的十八大对党的建设的部署意义重大。the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China showed the new situations and new tasks in Party construction, it put forward improving the scientific level of Party construction clearly, To make a comprehensive plan to promote the new great project of Party construction. It＇s a significant thing to studying, correct understanding, implementing the spirit of the Report also the significance of the Party construction.
