摘　　要：通过对氧枪修复作业时间长原因的分析，用氮气吹水新工艺可以解决氧枪修复作业时间长的难题。通过先后在2D，3D全面实施，效果较明显，可大幅缩短氧枪修复作业时间，延长氧枪使用寿命，保证了炼钢生产贩行，Through analyzing the cause of longer repairing time for the oxygen lance, found out that the new technology of nitrogen blow water can solve this tough problem. After the full implementation in 2D and 3D, obvious effects have been achieved. The repairing time of oxygen lance is greatly shortened, and the service life of oxygen lance is prolonged to ensure a smooth steelmaking production.
