完善中国旅游服务贸易统计的思考

摘　　要：国际统计标准中,《国际收支和国际投资头寸手册(第六版)》(BPM6)与旅游专题统计标准如《旅游卫星账户:推荐方法框架2008》(TSA:RMF2008),关于旅游服务贸易统计虽有概念、分类标准、核算口径上的差异,但总体上是协调、可比的。相比而言,我国关于旅游服务贸易的国际收支(BOP)统计与旅游专题统计协调性差,数据缺失严重。国家旅游局应进一步提高旅游统计人员素质,强化与有关各方的沟通,促进旅游统计信息化建设。Although there are some differences in definition, classification and statistical range between BPM6 and specific statistical standard of tourism （TSA：RMF2008）, international statistical standards regarding tourism service trade are coordinated and comparable in general terms. However, ChinaPs tourism statistical data from BOP statistics and the statistics of special-topic tourism are not coordina- ted and very incomplete. China National Tourism Administration（CNTA） should further enhance the qualities of tourism statisticians, strengthen communication with relevant departments and improve information technology level of tourism statistics.
