乌鲁木齐市汉族健康人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶参考区间的初步调查

摘　　要：目的建立乌鲁木齐市汉族健康人群血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)催化活性浓度的参考区间。方法对8244例汉族健康体检者ALT、AST活性在不同性别、年龄分布进行统计分析。结果 ALT、AST活性男性明显高于女性(P<0.01)。ALT参考区间上限为:男性为51U/L,女性为36U/L。男性血清ALT活性在30～<40岁最高,ALT参考区间上限为:≤30岁为56U/L,30～<40岁为59U/L,40～<50岁为53U/L,50～<60岁为47U/L,≥60岁为41U/L。女性血清ALT活性在50岁以后最高,ALT参考区间上限为:≤30岁为30U/L,30～<40岁为32U/L,40～<50岁为38U/L,50岁以上为45U/L。AST参考区间上限为:男性为35U/L,女性为30U/L。不同年龄男性AST活性比较差异无统计学意义,AST区间上限为35U/L,女性血清AST活性在50岁以后最高,AST参考区间上限为:≤40岁为33U/L,40～<50岁为35U/L,≥50岁为39U/L。结论 ALT、AST活性在不同性别、年龄有明显差异,各实验室应按不同性别、年龄建立本地区、本实验室血清ALT、AST参考区间。Objective To establish the reference range of serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and （AST）. Methods The ALT and AST activities of 8 244 healthy subject were statistically analyzed according to different gender and age groups. Results The activity of serum ALT and AST in male was significantly higher than that in female （P〈0.01） ,The upper limit reference val- ue of serum ALT was 51 U/L （in male） and 36 U/L （in female） ,the activity of serum ALT was the highest in 30-〈40 in male. The upper limit reference values of serum ALT was 56 U/L（≤ 30 years old）, 59 U/L（30 -〈40 years old）, 53 U/L（40 -〈 50 years old）,47 U/L（50-〈60 years old）,41 U/L（≥60 years old）. The activity of serum ALT was the highest in more than 50 years old in female,The upper limit reference values of serum ALT was 30 U/L（≤30 years old） ,32 U/L（30-〈40 years old） ,38 U/L（40-〈50 years old） ,45 U/L（≥50 years old）. The upper limit reference value of serum AST was 35 U/L （in male） and 30 U/L （in female）, there was not significant difference between ages in males,The upper limit reference values of serum AST was 35 U/L,The activity of serum AST was the highest more than 50 years old in female,The upper limit reference values of serum AST was 33 U/L（≤40 years old）,35 U/L（40-〈50 years old ）,39 U/L（≥50 years old）. Conclusion There was significant differ- ences in different age and gender groups,it is necessary to establish the reference range of serum ALT and AST according to differ- ent gender and age group in difference laboratories and regions.
