广西南宁地区壮、汉族500例正常足月新生儿红细胞比容测定的结果分析

摘　　要：目的检测广西南宁地区壮、汉族正常足月新生儿红细胞比容(HCT),为临床提供科学数据。方法选择500例正常足月新生儿为研究对象,采用微量离心法测定新生儿HCT,并将其结果与正常值作比较;将研究对象按民族分为壮、族组和汉族组,并比较两组HCT差异。结果本地区壮汉族正常足月新生儿HCT平均值为(57.10±0.06)%,与正常参考值比较,P>0.05;壮族新生儿HCT与汉族比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本地区壮汉族正常足月新生儿HCT测定平均值稍高于正常参考值;本地区新生儿HCT不存在民族性差异。Objective To detect Guangxi Nanning region of zhuang and Han normal full-term newborns hematocrit （ HCT ）, and provide scientific data for clinical. Methods Choose 500 normal infants as the research object,determination of neonatal HCT using the microhematocrit method,and then compared the results with those of the normal value; the research object according to national consists of zhuang and han group,and the difference between the two groups of HCT. Results The region of Zhuang and Han normal full-term newborn average HCT as（57.10±0.06）% ,compared with the normal reference value,P〉0.05; comparison of Zhuang and Han neonatal HCT,P〉0.05. Conclusion The region of zhuang and han normal full-term newborn HCT determina- tion of mean values are higher than the normal reference value; the region of neonatal HCT there was no national difference.
