东部10省市科技与经济竞争力差距研究!  

Study on Technological and Economic Competitiveness Differences of 10 Provinces and Cities in Eastern China

摘　　要：评价东部10省市科技与经济竞争力,分析其差距、主要影响因素及区域整体科技与经济竞争力的相关性。结果表明,省市间科技和经济竞争力差距明显;科技产出是影响科技竞争力差距的主要因素,对外开放和民营经济是影响经济竞争力差距的主要因素;区域整体科技与经济竞争力存在着显著的正相关,但民营经济与科技竞争力则负相关;科技发展不同程度地滞后于经济发展;提高科技创新能力和民营经济发展质量是各省市面临的共同课题。This article evaluated technological competitiveness （TC） and economic competitiveness （EC） of 10 provinces and cities in Eastern China, analyzed their differences and main influence factors, researched correlations between TC and EC as a whole of these provinces and cities. The results show that not only TC and but also EC has marked differences among these provinces and cities; the differences of TC are mainly the result of differences in technological achievement, and the differences of EC are mainly the result of differences in foreign open level and in civil economic development; there is marked positive correlation between TC and EC while some negative correlation between civil economic competitiveness and TC; technological development has been slower than economic development in eastern region and the delayed degree varies with provinces and cities ; a common task for these provinces and cities is to raise their technological innovation capabilities and their civil economic development qualities.
