摘　　要：新型农业社会化服务体系是发展现代农业的重要支撑,遵循"覆盖全程、综合配套、便捷高效"的指导思想,构建了多目标战略决策模型。为寻求公益性和经营性服务的平衡,公共服务机构和龙头企业间的博弈是多目标效用能否实现的关键,纳什均衡解给出了两者的最优策略概率。结果表明:支付矩阵转移后的联盟博弈下,龙头企业占有决策优势。New type agricultural socialized service system realizes the agricultural modernization important center of resistance. This paper follows the guiding idea such as whole-area covered, convenient and efficient, etc. and puts forward the multi-objective decision model. In pursuing of the balance between public service and commercial service, game analysis between the public service agency and leading company relates the key which can realize to multi-objective. Equilibrium of Strategy Game gives marginal effect. Study shows that leading company has advantage during the cooperative model after the transition of payoffs matrix.
