摘  要:通过溶液浸润法得到表面包覆β成核剂的玻纤,研究了改性后的玻纤/聚丙烯复合材料的结构与性能。实验结果表明:β成核剂的存在可诱导聚丙烯在玻纤表面附生结晶,增强基体与玻纤的界面粘结力,显著提高玻纤/聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能。相较于未经处理的玻纤/聚丙烯复合材料,采用该方法制备的复合材料拉伸强度从31.7 MPa提高到了38.7 MPa,增幅达到21.9%。β nucleating agent was coated on the surface of the glass fiber via solution infiltration method,the structure and properties of the modified glass fiber/polypropylene composite were investigated. The experimental results showed that the presence of β nucleating agent could induce the epitaxial crystallization on the surface of the glass fiber, enhance interfacial adhesion of glass fiber and polypropylene,so as to significantly improve the mechanical properties of glass fiber/polypropylene composite. Compared to untreated glass fiber / polypropylene composite,the tensile strength of the composite prepared by this method increased from 31.7 MPa to 38.7 MPa .which increased by 21.9 %.
