摘　　要：眩晕是临床常见病,可见于多个年龄段。笔者认为眩晕的发生多与相火异常有关。在临床中,以相火理论作为指导,从整体辨析眩晕,从宏观的角度把握眩晕的病因病机,辨证施治,常获得明显效果。Dizzy is a common disease, and it occurs in several ages. The author believes it is related with the disorder of ministerial fire. In clinical application, based on the ministerial fire theory, to analyze dizzy by differentiation of symptoms and signs and investigate its etiopathogenisis always can achieve obvious effect.
