黄连素片与枫蓼肠胃康冲剂合用治疗急性胃肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄连素片与枫蓼肠胃康冲剂联合方案治疗急性胃肠炎的疗效。方法:急性胃肠炎患者150例,随机分成两组,治疗组75例,男性39例,女性36例,黄连素片口服0.3g/次,3次/d,枫蓼肠胃康冲剂口服8.0g(1包)/次,3次/d。对照组75例,男性38例,女性37例,黄连素片口服0.3g/次,3次/d。两组治疗疗程均为2d。结果:黄连素片联合枫蓼肠胃康冲剂治疗总有效率为96%,优于单用黄连素组82.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连素联合枫蓼肠胃康冲剂治疗急性胃肠炎比单用黄连素更有效。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Berberine pill and Fengliao Changweikang dissolved medicines on treating acute gastroenteritis. Methods： 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 75 in each group. The control group was given Berberine, while the treated group was given Berberine and Fengliao Changweikang dissolved medicines. Results： The total effective rate in the control group was. Conclusion： Berberine and Fengliao Changweikang dissolved medicines had better effect on acute gastroenteritis than Berberine.
