摘  要:从生产大田选择优株,即生产期收获麻片600片以上、无病虫、生产周期13年以上的植株。收集优株中的珠芽,先经珠芽密植、珠芽疏植、珠芽钻心、促发腋芽,再经分期分批采取腋芽、腋芽疏植等技术培育大田生产用苗是良种提纯复壮行之有效的方法,可以快速培育大量的优质生产用苗。经提纯复壮的苗表现出产量高、生长整齐、开花一致、便于淘汰更新等特性。Excellent sisal plants are selected from the production field with the features of getting more than 600 sisal pieces during the production period, having no diseases and pests, and having the production period of over 13 years. The effective way for purification and rejuvenation is cultivating field young plants by taking the steps of collecting bulbils, close planting and sparse planting the bulbils, core-bitting the bulbils, priming axillary buds, picking axillary buds by stages and in groups, and sparse planting the axillary buds and so on. A large quantity of excellent plants can be quickly cultivated by this way. The plants after the purification and rejuvenation have some characteristics, such as high yield, growing uniformly, flowering consistently, and being easy to be weeded out and so on.
