摘  要:水化反应对渗滤液尾水深度处理有较好的效果,而不同类型水泥的水化过程具有不同作用机理。利用硅酸盐水泥和高铝水泥组成的复合水泥的协同作用对经MBR处理的渗滤液出水进行深度处理,考察了复合水泥配比、pH、反应条件等对水化过程的影响,结果表明当硅酸盐水泥与高铝水泥比例为1︰10、初始pH为8.3、振荡速率为300 r/min、反应时间为15 h时处理效果最好,其COD、TOC和SUVA254的平均去除率分别达到50.7%、58.7%、70.8%。硅酸盐水泥的加入增强了高铝水泥对渗滤液尾水中有机物的去除作用,COD、TOC去除率分别增加了34.9%、30.7%。同时,采用GC-MS和SEM表征了复合水泥去除前后的有机物组分及水化产物形态变化过程,发现水化反应可有效去除苯环类和醛酮醇类一些有机物。随着反应时间的进行,水化产物结构变得松散,呈絮状,孔隙增多,从而有效提高了有机物的去除能力。Hydration reaction is efficiency on the pollutants removal from the wastewater, and the combined cements might en- hance the hydration process. Portland cement (PC), high alumina cement (AC) were applied for the advanced leachate treatment. In order to obtain satisfied results, the reaction conditions were optimized in terms of the PC/AC ratio, pH, reaction time, and stirring rate. The results show the removal rate of COD, TOC and SUVA254 reach 50.7 %, 58.7 % and 70.8 %, respectively, under the opti- mum conditions with PC/AC ratio of 1:10, initial pH of 8.3, stirring rate of 300 r/min and reaction time of 15 h. Compared with AC, with presence of PC, the removal rate of COD and TOC are increased by 34.9 % and 30.7 %. Meanwhile, SEM and GC-MS were ap- plied to test the variation of hydration production and organic matter content in leachate before and after hydration reaction. The hy- dration reaction can be effective in the removal of benzene, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols and etc. in leachate, while alkanes are still presented in the leachate effluent. The compound cement is more effective in the pollutant removal, because of forming the flocculated and multi-pore structure in hydration products after reaction in treatment system, which is helpful for the pollutants removal in leachate through the adsorption, complex and precipitation.
