造纸法重组烟叶纤维的微观结构分析

摘　　要：对国产、进口重组烟叶的纤维形态、纤维平均长度及其长度分布等进行分析研究,并比较其差异。研究结果表明:进口重组烟叶与国产重组烟叶在纤维形态、纤维种类及其配比等方面存在着差别,进口重组烟叶纤维平均长度分布比较集中,纤维压溃、分丝、帚化较少;国产重组烟叶的纤维长度和纤维宽度均比进口重组烟叶大。Analysis and difference comparison were done on the fiber morphology, average fiber length and fiber length distribution between domestic and lbreign paper-process reconstituted tobacco. The results show that there are several differences of the fiber morphology, fiber types and fiber furnish between domestic and foreign products. The fiber of tbreign paper-process reconstituted tobacco has a centralized average fiber length distribution, less crushing and less fibrillating. Compared with foreign paper-process reconstituted tobacco, the fiber of domestic paper-process reconstituted tobacco has bigger average fiber length and bigger average fiber width.
