摘　　要：中国海洋经济区域系统的时空差异随着海洋经济迅速增长已成为学术界关注的热点问题。在采用莫兰指数、变异系数和Theil指数分析不同尺度的中国海洋经济时间和空间差异演化的基础上,采用主成分分析法对差异显著年份区域海洋经济的综合实力水平进行评分。通过多种方法的综合运用,综合分析发现我国区域海洋经济在经历了较大幅度的差异变动后有收敛趋势,空间依赖性逐渐增强,根据结论提出发展对策。With the marine economy increasing rapidly, the spatial and temporal disparities of Chinese marine economic area system became a hot issue that was paid close attention to in the academic world. On the basis of using Moran Index, variable coefficient and Theil Index to analyze the differential evolution of the spatial and temporal disparities of the Chinese different scales＇ marine economic, this essay came up with the ratings of the comprehensive strength level of the marine economy in the significant different years by PCA. Through a variety of methods, we could find that the re- gional marine economy in our country was converging after a large changes, the spatial dependence was gradually strengthening. This essay pointed out the principal factor and development countermeasure of the development and evolution of the regional marine economy in China.
