摘　　要：目的让人们充分认识到国产固定电阻器的温度特性曲线问题的严重性。方法通过对1 000个的不同时期固定电阻器的温度特性曲线的统计分析,讨论了国产固定电阻器关于温度特性曲线的合格率分布情况以及固定电阻器的温度特性曲线对于电子设备质量的影响概率。结果揭示了影响着我国电子制造业的主要原因就是固定电阻器的质量问题,而且国产固定电阻器的质量还存在着严重下降的趋势。结论国家尽快建立对于固定电阻器等元器件的质量监测机构,并通过互联网技术对于固定电阻器的质量进行监督。Aim To help realize the serious problem on R-T response of the domestic fixed resistor. Methods By statistical analysis of the R-T response of 1 000 fixed resistors of different periods, the qualified rate distribution on the R-T response and the effect probability of it to electronic equipment are discussed for domestic fixed resistors. Results It was revealed that the main reason in poor products of electronic manufacturing industry in our country is the quality problem of fixed resistors, and domestic fixed resistors also tend to deteriorate. Conclusion In our country quality monitoring mechanism for fixed resistors should be established as Soon as possible, and through the Internet technology the quality of fixed resistors be supervised.
