摘 要:目的为远距离设备供电以及低功率电子设备的能量补给等诸多领域设计一种工作于2.45GHz的小型化高效微波整流天线。方法将整流天线设计的基本原理和三维电磁仿真软件结合,重点仿真设计加入缺陷地结构的微带贴片天线和椭圆函数型输入低通滤波器,从而提高整流天线的整体性能。结果完成了该设计,并达到了既定的设计要求。结论由于采用了性能更优良的椭圆函数型低通滤波器,新设计的整流天线系统有效提高了微波能量转换效率,与此同时降低了整流天线的整体尺寸。Aim An miniaturized microwave rectenna with high efficiency which works under 2. 45GHz was designed for power supply of remote devices and energy supply to low power electronic equipment, etc. Methods With the combination of the fundamentals of rectenna design with 3D electromagnetic simulation software, the DGS ( Defected Ground Structure) microstrip patch antenna and elliptic input low pass filter is especially added in simu- lation so that the overall performance of the rectenna is improved. Results The design is completed, which has met certain design requirement. Conclusion Because of the adoption of the elliptic input low pass filter with better performance, the designed rectenna system improves the conversion efficiency of the microwave energy. Meanwhile, the overall size of the rectenna is miniaturized.
