摘  要:学术道德和学术规范是科学研究工作者应遵循的基本伦理和规范,是保证学术正常交流、提高学术水平、实现学术积累和创新的根本保障。近年来我国在学术科研领域取得的成就斐然,随之而来的学术不端行为也日趋频繁,一定程度上阻滞了科学技术的健康发展,给社会风气带来较大伤害。本文总结了多年来在研究生学风建设和学术道德建设的成功经验,通过正面教育,加强学生自律,维护研究生荣誉和学术尊严;加强制度建设,构筑防止学术不端行为的制度屏障。将制度建设与加强研究生道德自律结合起来,以此根治研究生学术不端行为,肃清不良风气,营造更好的创新环境。Academic morality and academic norm is the basic ethics and norm that scientific research workers should follow, and it is the fundamental guarantee of ensuring normal academic exchanges, improving academic level, and realizing academic accumulation and innovation. In recent years, China has made great achievements in the field of academic research. However, the following academic dishonourable behaviors have become more frequent. The behaviors block the healthy development of science and technology to some extent, and bring great damage to the general mood of society. This paper summarizes the successful experiences of us in study style construction and academic ethics construction in many years, aims to enhance students' self-discipline, maintain the graduate honor and academic integrity through positive education; strengthen the system construction, to build a system guarantee to prevent the academic dishonourable behaviors. Combining the system construction and graduate self-discipline construction could eradicate the academic dishonourable behaviors, eliminate unhealthy tendency, and create a better innovation environment.
