摘　　要：为了提高造船门式起重机起升调速系统的性能,以一台造船门式起重机为研究对象,采用ACS800变频器构建了直接转矩控制的起升机构交流调速系统。实践结果证明,该系统运行良好,实现了GB/T 27997-2011《造船门式起重机》标准的相关要求。In order to improve the shipbuilding gantry crane hoisting speed control performance of the system, this paper takes a shipbuilding gantry crane as research object, the ACSS00 transducer was used to construct the direct torque control of ac speed regulation hoist system. Practice results proved that the system is running good, realized the requirements of the standard of GB / T 27997-2011 ＂shipbuilding gantry crane.
