摘　　要：社会管理是指对政治、经济、思想文化和社会生活的管理,为了更好地实现社会管理,需要一定的介质。就我国目前而言,亟需解决的问题是如何提高政府公信力,完善政府社会公共服务水平,如何加快推进社会管理理论建设。应以深入研究社会管理中出现的问题为导向,对社会管理介质进行选择和优化,努力完善社会管理制度、方法及社会管理理论,从而为今后社会管理创新奠定基础。Social management indicates management towards politics, economy, ideology, culture, and social life. In order to better realize social management, certain media are needed. For the moment, urgent problems with our country are how to improve the government＇s credibility, to perfect public service level of the government and society, and to accelerate the building of social management theory. With the guidance of deeply researching into problems in social management, we shall select and optimize management media, try hard to perfect social management system, method, and theory, so as to lay a foundation for the innovation of social management in the future.
