摘　　要：以河北省国有钢铁企业为研究对象,界定了相关概念,从企业研发、经营管理、生产人员三个部分,对河北省国有钢铁企业人才支撑体系的基本结构进行了分析,并总结了其特征。The paper takes the state-owned iron and steel enterprises in Hebei Province as the object of the research, and defines related concepts. It analyses the basic structure and summarizes the characteristics of the talent support system of the state-owned steel enterprises in Hebei Province from the following three aspects： enterprise R＆D, management, and Production personnel.
