摘　　要：鬼谷子作为中国历史中很有争议的一个人物,其身世始终是一个谜。在查阅大量历史资料的基础上,经过实地考证,结合当地百姓口口相传的历史传说、鬼谷子祠堂、毛真人遂降鸞书等,断定鬼谷子身世,为鬼谷子的身世提供了新的依据。Gui Guzi, a quite controversial character in Chinese history, the life of him is still a mystery. Based on large numbers of historical data, researches on the local spot, and mouth-to-mouth historical legends of local people, Gui GuZi ancestral temple and the introduction letters of Immortal Mao etc, we can provide a new basis to the conclusion of the life of Gui GuZi.
