地质专业学生“双师制”培养机制探讨

摘　　要：当今地质行业工作需求面广,而地质学校学生的培养与社会需求脱节,专业实践能力过度削弱,因此要求地质专业教学模式进一步深化改革,逐步强化本科地质专业学生的工程素质培养,适应新形势下地质学科发展和行业人才需求。分析了地质专业建立"双师制"培养模式的必要性,提出"双师型"教学培养机制。总结地质专业双导师培养模式,为高等工科院校地质专业本科生工程素质培养模式提供新的思路。Nowadays, the geological industry needs wide-qualified talents. The training in most geological colleges which excessively weakens the majors＇ practice ability is disconnected from social needs. So the teaching model of geological professionals should be further reformed to gradually strengthen the engineering quality of the geological majors, and to meet the social demand for Geology development and Geology talents. This paper analyzes the necessity of setting up the ＂double division system＂, puts forward the teaching mechanism of ＂the double teacher＂. It provides new ideas for training mode of engineering quality in Geology majors for the higher engineering colleges.
