摘  要:合成酯作为不锈钢轧制油的主要添加剂,对轧制油的润滑性能有至关重要的影响.分别采用EL(十二酸乙酯)、MH(棕榈酸甲酯)、BS(硬脂酸丁酯)、DOA(己二酸二辛酯)、DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)、TOTM(偏苯三酸三辛酯)6种酯类化合物配制不锈钢轧制油,从摩擦学性能、退火性能、轧制工艺及轧后表面质量4个方面考察了不同合成酯对不锈钢轧制油润滑性能的影响.实验结果表明:合成酯的润滑性能随其碳链长度的增加而提高,但提高的效果随着碳链长度的增加而逐步减弱;二元、三元酯的润滑性能优于单元酯;合成酯的挥发温度随碳链长度的增加而增加;一定范围内,板带钢的轧后表面光亮度与轧制油的润滑性能成反向相关关系.As the main choice of oil additives in stainless steel rolling oil,synthetic ester has crucial effect on the performance of rolling oil.Six stainless steel rolling oils were prepared by using EL(Ethyl laurate),MH(methyl hexadecanoate),BS(n-Butyl stearate),DOA(Dioctyl adipate),DOP(Dioctyl phthalate),and TOTM(Trioctyl trimellitate),in order to investigate the application of different esters in stainless steel rolling oils on four aspects like tribological properties,annealing properties,rolling process and surface quality after rolling.The results show: The lubricating ability of rolling oil is improving with the increase of carbon-chain length,but the increase is gradually weakened with the increase of carbon-chain length;the lubricating performance of diester and tribasic ester is better than that of the single ester;the temperature of oils volatilization is improving with the increase of carbon-chain length.Within a certain range,the surface brightness of strip after rolling has a reverse relation with the oil’s lubricant performance.
