摘　　要：运用文献资料和系统分析等方法,阐述了海洋体育发展的背景,论述了海洋体育发展的指导思想和系统结构体系,建构了海洋体育发展的目标模式和发展模式,旨在为我国海洋体育的健康、科学、持续发展提供新思路和参考价值。By using document literature and system analysis methods, this paper expounds the background of the Marine sports development, discusses the development guiding ideology and system structure of the Marine sports, constructs the development target mode and development mode of the Marine sports, which is aimed at providing new ideals and reference value for constructing a healthy, scientific and sustainable development of our country＇ s marine sports.
