规范律师执业行为的对策与建议——以某省2007—2012年律师惩戒情况分析为基础

摘　　要：依据某省律师协会公布的数据,对2007-2012年该省律师受司法行政机关实施行政处罚的情况进行了综合统计分析。该文旨在通过对该地区情况的总结,清晰地描述近年来律师违反《律师法》和《律师和律师事务所违法行为处罚办法》的总体情况、种类特征等,然后简要地剖析成因,并给出若干提升律师诚信度,以维护法律服务市场正常秩序的一些建议。Based on the data revealed by the bar association of a province, this article conducts a comprehensive analytical research about the disciplinary sanctions imposed by the judicial administrative department of a province on the lawyers of said province. By summing up the sanctions in xxx province, this article is intended to delineate the overall misconducts, and the categories and characteristics thereof, of the lawyers and law firms that breach the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Lawyers and Measures for Punishing the Misconducts of Lawyers and Law Firms, reveal contributing factors for the misconducts, and propose relevant countermeasures promoting the credibility of lawyers to ensure a normal order of legal services market.
