摘 要:频率选择问题一直是制约短波通信效能提升的瓶颈问题,网络化短波通信对优质频率选择的适用性和时效性提出了更高的要求。针对大区域网络化短波通信的频率管理和使用需求,提出融合利用损耗模型、Chirp探测数据、Modem探测数据进行区域覆盖计算的方法,并基于计算结果实现对区域中心站导频和业务频率的指配和动态调整功能,实现了优质频率统管共用目的,提升了大区域网络化应急短波通信的质量和效能。The frequency choosing is always the bottleneck for upgrading the HF communication capability, and the networking HF communication has put forward higher requirements of suitability and time-effectiveness when choosing the high quality frequencies. According to the frequency management and using requirements of the large regional network of HF communication, the strategy is proposed that combines the loss model, the Chirp detection data and the Modem detection data to calculate the area coverage of the frequency. Based on the calcu- lation results of the regional center station, the assignment and dynamic adjustment of the pilot frequency and op- erational frequency is realized, the purpose that high-quality frequency is unifiedly managed and shared is achieved, and the performance of the large regional network of emergency HF communication is improved.
