摘　　要：介绍了新型MS(MicroStretch)舒弹纤维,并与传统弹性纤维氨纶相对比,分析了纤维的性能和特点,指出MS舒弹纤维具有耐高温、耐强酸强碱、耐氯漂、防紫外线性能,且尺寸稳定性佳。以MS舒弹纤维为原料,开发了新型MS舒弹纤维高支高密单烧双丝光针织面料,详细阐述了纱线合股、烧毛、丝光、织造工艺以及面料丝光、染色、定形、后整理工艺;分析了生产实践中的关键点及控制措施,包括织造退绕的线长比、坯布丝光参数的设定、面料弹性的维护等;最后列出了所开发新产品的品种与质量指标。MS （MicroStretch）elastic fibers are introduced in this paper. Comparing MS elastic fibers with tradi~ tional elastic fibers spandex, their property and performance are stated. It shows that MS elastic fibers are resistant to high temperature, strong acid and alkali, chlorine bleaching as well as ultraviolet rays, meanwhile, it has prefect dimensional stability. Using MS elastic fibers, one kind of knitted fabric with high count, high density, one side singeing and double sides mercerization is developed. The process of yarn preparation, singeing, mercerization, knitting and fabrics＇ mercerization, dyeing, setting and finishing are analyzed. The key points in processes of producing this new kind of fabric such as yarn ratio of knitting backing-off, parameters of fabric setting and method of maintaining fabric elasticity are presented as well as the corresponding precautions. At last, the variety of the finished products and their quality index are list.
