摘 要:介绍了皇甫川流域的地貌特征,对2012年"7·21"洪水的水文情势进行了分析,发现次洪洪量、次洪沙量和洪峰流量等特征值均比历史上相似面平均雨量和雨强形成的典型洪水偏低。在对流域下垫面现状进行实地调查的基础上,对此次洪水水、沙量偏小的原因进行了分析。结果表明:良好的植被条件、淤地坝削洪拦沙、河道内采沙改变了洪水演进环境等是此次洪水水、沙量减小的主要原因。Geomorphology features of Huangfuchuan basin and hydrological regimes of the “July 21”flood occurred in 2012 were introduced. It was found that runoff, sediment transportation and peak flow of this flood event were lower than the typical flood event with the similar average rainfall and rainfall intensity. The reasons for the reduction of water and sand in the event were analyzed based on the investigation of underlying surface. It is showed that lush vegetation, flood volume reduction and sediment retention of warping dam, changement of flood routing environment by sand mining in river stream etc. are the major reasons.
