摘　　要：在厘清小城镇建设评价研究概况与分析福建省小城镇综合改革建设试点评价现状的基础上,以科学发展观为指导,围绕新型城镇化建设的目标要求,结合主体功能区的建设要求,对福建省小城镇综合改革建设试点评价指标体系进行完善,进而提出推进福建省小城镇综合改革建设试点评价的建议。Based on a review on the studies about evaluation of small towns construction and analysis of the current status of evaluation of comprehensive reform and construction pilot of small towns in Fujian Province, under the guidance of the scientific conception of development, according to the requirements of the goal of type urbanization construction, and the requirements of building major functional districts, the evaluation index system of comprehensive reform and construction pilot of small towns in Fujian Province is perfected to offer the proposals concerned.
