生态文明建设视角下长汀县城镇化发展研究

摘　　要：以南方水土流失治理的典范——长汀县为研究对象,基于生态文明建设的视角,在分析生态文明建设与城镇化关系的基础上,总结了长汀县城镇化发展现状、趋势与成效,针对生态文明建设视角下长汀县城镇化存在的问题,提出了长汀县城镇化健康发展的相关对策:(1)构建科学合理的城镇空间格局;(2)分类推进水土流失治理与综合开发;(3)构建生态文明建设的产业支撑体系;(4)推进城乡人居环境生态化;(5)完善可持续发展的保障机制;(6)营造生态文明建设的良好氛围。Taking Changting County, the model of controlling soil and water loss in the south, as a research object, the situation, trend and achievements of its urbanization development are summarized based on analysis of the relationship between ecological civi- lization construction and urbanization. Accordingly the countermeasures for Changting County urbanization development are proposed as follows. （ 1 ） Build a scientific and reasonable urban spatial pattern. （2） Accelerate controlling soil and water loss and compre- hensive development taxonomically. （3） Build industry support system for ecological civilization construction. （4） Promote urban and rural ecological living environment. （5） Improve the safeguard mechanism for sustainable development. （6） Build the favorable surroundings for ecolotfcal civilization construction.
