摘　　要：针对无芯感应电炉(工频炉或中频炉)熔化磷生铁所产烟尘的特点,结合工艺要求,对烟尘析出量、烟尘温度的控制、烟尘捕集方式以及系统布置、管路优化、设备选型等进行探讨分析,设计的烟尘捕集与处理系统现场运行效果良好。According to the characteristics of dust produced by phosphorous iron smelted with coreless induction furnace like main-frequency furnace or intermediate-frequency furnace, and combined with the process requirements, the dust released amount, dust temperature control, dust collection methods and system distribution, pipeline optimization and equipment type selection were discussed and analyzed. The effects of designed dust collection and treating system were good after commission.
