摘  要:由于电力系统对电气设备的安全提出了更高的要求,特别是变电站等无人值岗的区域,其安全尤为重要,针对这种情况,需要对电气设备进行有效监测,从而尽快发现故障。电气设备的故障大多表现为温度的异常,本文基于红外辐射原理,介绍了一种红外测温的技术。通过TN9红外测温模块,对电气设备的某些部件进行温度监测,将红外模块测量的数据与设备正常运行时的温度进行比较分析,从而判断电气设备是否发生故障。红外测温技术是在带电状态下,快速准确无损地查找电气设备的缺陷,保证了电气设备的安全稳定运行,从而得到广泛的应用。Because power system puts forward higher request for electrical equipment safety, especially in the substation that is nobody on duty at present, its security is particularly important. So in this kind of situation, it needs to monitor electrical equipment effectively to find fault as soon as possible. As the phenomenon of electrical equipment's fault mostly shows abnormal temperatures, this paper, based on the principle of infrared radiation, introduces a kind of infrared temperature measurement technology. With using the TN9 infrared temperature measurement module to monitor the temperature of certain parts of the electrical equipment, the infrared module measurement data and the temperature of equipment on normal operation are compared and analyzed to judge whether the electrical equipment is on malfunction. In the charged condition the infrared temperature measurement technology finds the defects of electric equipment quickly and accurately, which ensures electrical equipment operation safe and steady. So the infrared technology is used widely.
