摘 要:工频电压加法是根据工频电压比率的计量学定义发展的一种计量技术,工频电压加法需要使用具有电压可加性的电压互感器来实现。国家高电压计量站研制了基于电压串联加法的500kV串联式标准电压互感器,准确度达到0.005级,并针对其结构原理设计了一种互感器串联加法溯源线路,将500kV工频电压比例量值成功溯源到国家110kV工频电压比例量值,建立500kV工频电压比例自校准系统,测量不确定度优于15×10-6(k=2)。该系统经自校准所得量值与500kV电容式工频电压比例标准装置测量结果比对,比值差的最大偏差为10×10-6,相位差的最大偏差为12.6μrad。均没有超出双方的90%置信概率区间。Power Frequency (PF) voltage summation is a metrological technology developed from the metrological definition of PF voltage ratio. Potential Transformers with additivity of secondary voltages are needed to realize the PF voltage summation. An experiment of 500kV PF voltage summation is developed successfully by National Center for High Voltage Measurement based on a specially designed 500kV series standard voltage transformer (SSTV) with high accuracy of 0.005 level. The experimental results show that the uncertainties of measurement (k=2) of voltage -6 ratio error and phase displacement are not more than 15×10 Compared to the results using traditional voltage coefficient measuring method with compressed gas capacitors, the maximum deviations of voltage ratio error and phase displacement are better than 10ppm and 12.6μrad respectively. And neither of the maximum deviations exceeds the 90% confidence interval of values of the two methods.
