摘　　要：目的甲沟炎在临床上属于常见病,嵌甲是引起甲沟炎的原因之一,且易于复发,通过本术式治疗嵌甲,可以防止嵌甲引起的甲沟炎的复发。方法局麻后行嵌甲部位甲床部分切除和"袋状"甲沟成形术。结果 41例患者嵌甲治愈率100%。结论术式简单,治疗彻底,疗效满意,具有一定的创意,适合基层医院推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of nail bed partial resection and nail groove plasty in the treatment of ingrown nails. Methods A total of 41 patients with ingrown nails were treated with the nail bed partial resection and ＂baggy＂ nail groove plasty. Results The cure rate was 100% in the 41 patients. Conclusions The operation is effective, simple, and satisfied.
