摘　　要：2013年1月日本交易所集团的成立意味着MOTHERS与新JASDAQ竞争关系的结束,长期以来日本IPO市场竞争时代的落幕,日本全国性新兴市场整合的实现。但日本新兴市场结构从分立竞争到整合协调的演进并不意味着对日本新兴市场竞争性结构的否定,而是标志着竞争性市场结构已经完成了其从无到有探索日本新兴市场制度建设的历史使命,在激烈的国际竞争下让位于提高日本证券交易所整体国际竞争力的新使命而已。The establishment of Japan Exchange Group, Inc in January 2013 means the end of competition re- lationship between Mothers and New JASDAQ. The integration of Japan＇s nationwide emerging markets would be achieved. However, the adjustment of emerging market structure from discretion competition to integration consolidation does not mean a negation of competitive structure of emerging market, but that this kind of mar- ket structure has already finished its historic mission of exploring Japan＇s emerging market system construction and gives way to the new mission of enhancing the competitiveness of Japan＇s stock exchange in the context of fierce international competition.
