摘 要:目前常用的树脂复合型压裂支撑剂多存在圆球度差、抗破碎能力低、树脂用量大、成本高等不足,为解决该问题,研制了多孔莫来石基复合型低密度高强度陶粒支撑剂。通过测试支撑剂用FT酚醛环氧树脂改性前后的性能,确定了制备该支撑剂的最佳树脂质量分数和树脂含量;采用压汞分析和扫描电子显微镜对该支撑剂的显气孔率、气孔孔径分布和微观形貌进行了分析,讨论了该支撑剂的增强作用机制。结果表明:树脂的质量分数为35%时,陶粒浸渍体的体积密度最大(1.18g/cm3),树脂的充填效果最佳,显气孔率与浸渍前的陶粒相比下降了约62%,树脂与陶粒基体相互穿插构成了网络结构,使其抗破碎能力提高;当陶粒浸渍体包覆树脂含量为5%时,颗粒表面包覆的树脂层可完全封闭陶粒浸渍体,显气孔率降低至1.06%,其视密度为1.90g/cm3,在52和69 MPa闭合压力下的破碎率分别为2.17%和2.81%,达到行业和企业标准的技术要求。Commonly used resin compound proppant has some shortages such as poor roundness and sphericity,low crush resistance, large quantity of resin needed, high cost and so on. To solve these prob- lems,compound low-density high-strength proppant had been developed based on porous mullite ceramis- ites. The optimum mass fraction and content of resin had been worked out through evaluation of the un- modified and modified proppant with FT resin. Porosity, pore size distribution and micrograph of proppant had been studied by mercury intrusion porosity and scanning electron microscopy, and the mechanism of en- hancement on compound proppant was analyzed. The results showed that when resin mass fraction was 35%,the ceramisites filled effectively with resin had the highest density of 1.18 g/cma. The open porosity decreased by 62% compared with porous ceramisites and the crush resistance improved significantly be- cause resin and ceramisites form an interlocking network structure. Then the impregnated matrix were coa- ted with resin (resin content 5%), the particles were surrounded completely with resin. Its porosity dropped to 1.06% with the apparent density of 1.90 g/cma. Crush ratios were 2.17% and 2.81% under 52 and 69 MPa closing pressure,respectively,which meet the technical requirements of the industry standard and company standard.
