摘 要:针对传统控制方式难以实现节流压力精确控制的问题,提出了一种基于"PLC+高速开关阀"的液动节流压力控制方法。在完成系统方案设计的基础上,建立了系统的数学模型及传递函数;根据劳斯判据,得出系统四阶系数大于0,利用Matlab仿真得出该系统的幅值裕度大于0,相位裕角大于45°。现场实测数据与理论计算数据对比分析可知,曲线形状相似,平均相对误差4.0%,说明该系统的稳定性良好,能满足现场对控压钻井的工程要求。该控制系统弥补了现有控制系统的不足,为精细控压钻井提供了新的技术支持。Since the traditional "PID + Proportion Servo Valve" throttle pressure control system has difficulty in precise control of the throttle pressure, a hydrodynamic throttle pressure control system has been developed based on the "PLC + High-Speed Switch Valve" hydrodynamic throttle pressure control system. On the basis of the system design, the mathematic model and transfer function of the system were built. According to the Routh Criterion that the system four order coefficient was greater than zero, through the simulation of Matlab draw system amplitude margin was greater than zero and phase margin angle greater than 45 degrees. Comparison of the measured data and the calculated data showed that the curves were similar in shape with average relative error of 4.0 % ,indicating the system was good in stabili- ty well and could meet the requirements of pressure control. The control system has made up for the defi- ciency of the existing control system to meet the stable, fast, and provide new technical support for accu- rate managed pressure drilling.
