摘 要:就异形水绵(Spirogyra varians Küzing)接合生殖的诱导方法做了研究。采集室外自然水体中的异形水绵,采用饥饿诱导、冷藏诱导、冷冻诱导、化学诱导法培养,并对诱导培养的最佳观察时间进行了探索,旨在提供一个诱导水绵接合生殖的好办法。结果表明4种诱导处理5~14d能观察到接合生殖现象。饥饿诱导、NaHCO3诱导的水绵接合生殖明显,效果好,观察周期长;冷藏诱导、冷冻诱导满足快速、短期的实验准备。Inducing methods of Spirogyra varians K'azing conjugation were discussed in this paper. In the experiment, Spirogyra varians Kuzing was collected from water body, trained with hunger induction, refrigerated induction, frozen induction and chemical induction in order to provide a simple and quick inducing method. The best observing time was explored too. The result showed that conjugation phenomenon could be observed with four inducing methods treaded 5 - 14d. Spirogyra varians Kazing conjugation was obvious, good effect and had long period of observation by hunger and NaHCO3 induction; it offered a rapid, short term experimental preparation by refrigerated and frozen induction.
